This is an open entry course with no pre-requisite qualifications. To ensure you complete the course successfully, the following entry requirements apply:

• Be aged 18 years or over
• Recent minimum two years of industry experience
• Have sound language and literacy skills (at least Year 10 English, or equivalent)
• Able to commit to the course duration and time commitment
• Learners must have access to a computer and the internet
• Must supply a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
• Have a valid email account and a telephone with a valid telephone number for learning and assessment communication, support session

Course Outcomes 

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the nationally recognised BSB50120 – Diploma of Business qualification.

Executive Officer, Project Consultant, Administrator, Corporate Services Manager, Legal Practice Manager, Business Development Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Sales Team Leader.

With relevant work experience and on completion of this course, learners may be granted entry into either a Master of Business Administration or a Bachelor of Business. Learners can also undertake the BSB60120 – Advanced Diploma of Business qualification to gain additional business and management skills.

Course Duration 

Learners will be required to undertake 12 units of study including 5 core units and 7 elective units. Course units are delivered sequentially and should be completed over a 24-month period. The units in each stream have been selected to give you the most comprehensive overview of that business area at a management level.
