Course Overview
This course has been designed for supervisors and managers wanting to learn more about what work health and safety means in the workplace. The course aims to provide familiarisation with managing work health and safety requirements in line with legislative requirements. It will also assist supervisors and managers to effectively manage health and safety in their area of responsibility.

Certification
Learners who are deemed competent will receive a Statement of Attainment which is recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. This certification is nationally recognised

Course Requirements
This is an open entry course with no pre-requisite qualifications. To ensure you complete the course successfully, the following entry requirements apply:
Participants must:
- Be aged 18 years or over
- Have recent minimum two years of industry experience
- Have sound language and literacy skills (at least Year 10 English, or equivalent)
- Able to commit to the course duration and time commitment
- Learners must have access to a computer and the internet
- Must supply a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- Have a valid email account and a telephone with a valid telephone number for learning and assessment communication, support session
