With relevant work experience and on completion of this course, learners may undertake the BSB51319 – Diploma of Work Health and Safety or BSB50420- Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification to gain additional WHS and leadership skills.

Course Duration

Learners will be required to undertake 18 units of study including core units and elective units. Course units are delivered sequentially and should be completed over a 24-month period. The units in each stream have been selected to give you the most comprehensive overview of that business area at a management level.

Whilst completing their qualification, learners are entitled to unlimited e-mail and phone support by our experienced learner support team between Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, so they are never left to feel ‘lost’ or stuck during their studies.

Learners will be issued online access to the specific unit of competency through Learning Management System and with the learner assessment pack as the course progresses in accordance with the units of competency sequence.

Each unit of competency will include variety of tasks such as:

Right Choice Training will ensure that assessment is conducted in the workplace or simulated workplace environment and that the appropriate resources are accessible to all learners to ensure demonstration of competency. Upon online submission of your assessment, the assessor will provide detail feedback and where required, you will be provided with opportunities to adjust and resubmit your assessment tasks.

For those currently working in a WHS and leadership role, with over 5 years WHS and leadership experience, ask our friendly staff about our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) eligibility. Our expert trainer will develop a tailored training plan for you based on your existing role and experience.

Right Choice Training recognises Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) which takes into account the knowledge and skills you have already gained through your previous education and work history, attributing this to your enrolled qualification course.
