Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the nationally recognised BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management qualification.

The BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management will prepare you with the skills and knowledge to work in a variety of roles across a range of Human Resources functions. You will gain skills in areas of; staff recruitment, induction and training, workplace health and safety procedures, supporting the HR team with performance management and industrial relations procedures.

Course Duration 

Learners will be required to undertake 12 units of study including 6 core units and 6 elective units. Course units are delivered sequentially and should be completed over the 12-month period. The units in each stream have been selected to give you the most comprehensive overview of that business area at a management level.
