Course Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the four Core Units, you will be awarded the Statement of Attainment for these four Core Units. Upon successful completion of the diploma course, you will be awarded the nationally recognised BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management qualification. Please note you can only start your diploma units once you complete your pre-requisite Core Units and awarded Statement of Attainment.

The BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management qualification will make you workforce-ready to be employed as an HR professional in almost every industry, such as building and construction, education, mining and resources, media, finance or hospitality and tourism. Studying the Diploma of Human Resource Management will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage and support employees within organisations.

Course Duration 

Learners will be required to undertake 4 core units of BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management and 12 units of study including 7 core units and 5 elective units of the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management. Course units are delivered sequentially and should be completed over a 18-month period. The units in each stream have been selected to give you the most comprehensive overview of that business area at a management level.

Right Choice Training will ensure that assessment is conducted in the workplace or simulated workplace environment and that the appropriate resources are accessible to all learners to ensure demonstration of competency. Upon online submission of your assessment, the assessor will provide detail feedback and where required, you will be provided with opportunities to adjust and resubmit your assessment tasks.

Right Choice Training recognises Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) which takes into account the knowledge and skills you have already gained through your previous education and work history, attributing this to your enrolled qualification course.
