The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management will prepare you for several supervisory and frontline leadership roles in a wide range of workplaces. You will have the skills to apply critical thinking and use digital technologies in the workplace, build business relationships, write complex documents, use emotional intelligence, and more.

Course Duration 

Learners will be required to undertake 12 units of study including 5 core units and 7 elective units. Course units are delivered sequentially and should be completed over the 12-month period. The units in each stream have been selected to give you the most comprehensive overview of that business area at a management level.

Right Choice Training will ensure that assessment is conducted in the workplace or simulated workplace environment and that the appropriate resources are accessible to all learners to ensure demonstration of competency. Upon online submission of your assessment, the assessor will provide detail feedback and where required, you will be provided with opportunities to adjust and resubmit your assessment tasks.
