Course Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the following nationally recognised qualifications: 

BSB50120 Diploma of Business 
BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management

Relevant Occupations:

Executive Officer, Team Leader, Corporate Services Manager, Legal Practice Manager, Business Development Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Sales Team Leader.

With relevant work experience and on completion of this course, learners may be granted entry into either a Master of Business Administration or a Bachelor of Business. Learners can also undertake the BSB60120 – Advanced Diploma of Business or BSB60420- – Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification to gain additional business and management skills.

Course Duration

Learners will be required to undertake 13 units of study including core units and elective units. Course units are delivered sequentially and should be completed over a 24-month period. The units in each stream have been selected to give you the most comprehensive overview of that business area at a management level.

Whilst completing their qualification, learners are entitled to unlimited e-mail and phone support by our experienced learner support team between Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, so they are never left to feel ‘lost’ or stuck during their studies.

The learning resources and materials offered in this course are designed to give learners exposure to what they would actually do in the workplace and includes learning resource pack, learning resources, structured self-learning activities, PowerPoint presentations and eLearning modules – all included in the initial enrolment fee with no more to pay.

Flexibility and Delivery

Learners will be issued online access to the specific unit of competency through Learning Management System and with the learner assessment pack as the course progresses in accordance with the units of competency sequence.

Each unit of competency will include variety of tasks such as:

• Interactive activities

Right Choice Training will ensure that assessment is conducted in the workplace or simulated workplace environment and that the appropriate resources are accessible to all learners to ensure demonstration of competency. Upon online submission of your assessment, the assessor will provide detail feedback and where required, you will be provided with opportunities to adjust and resubmit your assessment tasks.

Right Choice Training recognises Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) which takes into account the knowledge and skills you have already gained through your previous education and work history, attributing this to your enrolled qualification course.
