This is an open entry course with no pre-requisite qualifications. To ensure you complete the course successfully, the following entry requirements apply:
- Be aged 18 years or over
- Have sound language and literacy skills (at least Year 10 English, or equivalent)
- Able to commit to the course duration and time commitment
- Learners must have access to a computer with internet and Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or equivalent alternatives.
- Must supply a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- Have a valid personal email account and a telephone with a valid telephone number for learning and assessment communication, support session
Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the nationally recognised BSB50920 – Diploma of Quality Auditing qualification.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base in quality auditing and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work or the work of an audit team.

Quality Assurance Officer, Quality Facilitator, Quality and Improvement Consultant, Compliance Manager, Legal Practice Manager, Business Risk Manager, Internal Auditor, Management System Specialist.
With relevant work experience and on completion of this course, learners may wish to undertake the BSB60120 – Advanced Diploma of Business or BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification to gain additional business and management skills.
Course Duration
Learners will be required to undertake 12 units of study including 4 core units and 8 elective units. Course is delivered as a partial blended mode and partially unit by unit to optimise learning experience for our students. The units in each stream have been selected to give you the most comprehensive overview of that business area at a management level.
