Terms & Conditions Of Enrolment:

In making this application for enrolment, I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions set by Right Choice Training:

I have read the course information from the Right Choice Training website and have made an informed decision about this course.

I acknowledge that I understand the enrolment requirements and to confirm that I satisfy the qualification Entry Requirements and have access to a computer that has an internet connection and relevant IT tools and system to allow me to undertake self-paced study and prepare submissions for assessment

Course Fees

I understand the full course fee must be paid as per my selected payment plan. Right Choice Training complies with Australian Consumer Law in regard to refunds. Right Choice Training may provide a refund or partial refund. Please review our fees and refund policy at

Privacy Statement

I agree that under the Data Provision Requirements 2012, Right Choice Training is required to collect personal information about me and to disclose that personal information to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). I agree to provide Right Choice Training specific personal and demographic information in order to issue nationally recognised VET qualification or statement of attainment.

My personal information (including the personal information contained on this enrolment form and my training activity data) may be used or disclosed by Right Choice Training for statistical, regulatory and research purposes. Right Choice Training may disclose my personal information for these purposes to third parties, including:

issuing a VET Statement of Attainment or VET Qualification, and populating Authenticated VET Transcripts;
facilitating statistics and research relating to education, including surveys;
understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information; and
administering VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation. I may receive an NCVER student survey which may be administered by an NCVER employee, agent or third-party contractor. I may opt out of the survey at the time of being contacted.

NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose my personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the VET Data Policy and all NCVER policies and protocols (including those published on NCVER’s website at www.ncver.edu.au).

All persons undertaking training with Right Choice Training consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Statement above.

Training package upgrades

If during or after my enrolment, the course in which I enrolled is updated in line with national industry standards, Right Choice Training reserves the right to transition me into an alternate course. If this becomes necessary, Right Choice Training will advise me of the change and the arrangements available for me to complete the alternate course.

Australian citizenship, permanent resident status or visa holder

To undertake training with Right Choice Training, I must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or I must hold an appropriate Study Visa as Right Choice Training is not registered to deliver training to international students residing in Australia.
